Stork & Minky was created by Jenna Pillage in 2012 shortly after the birth of our second child. I am now a mom to 3 beautiful children and continue to grow my business from year to year. My business is based on the belief that my customers needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals. Remember, When you support a small business, your supporting a dream and this is my dream.
I would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry. All of my items are handmade, in a smoke free environment using the highest quality of materials.

All this talk about Minky, but what is it?!
Minky is a 100% polyester fabric. We use high quality Minky fabric here at Stork & Minky, and our fabric maintains it's colour, warmth, and durability wash after wash.
Where are your products made and what is your turn around time?
Our products are always hand-made in a smoke-free studio by a proud Mom of three! For in stock items they typically take 5 -10 business days to be made. For crib sets and custom order patchwork prints they typically take 4-6 weeks to complete. Please contact me if you have any questions on production times of a certain item.
How do I wash and care for my Minky products?
Minky is meant to be durable, durable enough for even machine washing. On top of that, it doesn't pile up like fleece while washing! Machine wash it in cold water and then tumble dry on low. Even after washing it retains it's incredible softness. It couldn't be easier! If you are concerned about a product that might be Minky with something else, or not Minky at all, consult the product page. We list care and wash instructions at the bottom of each product page!
How long will my Minky product last?
Firstly, at Stork & Minky we have a quality test before we ship out our Minky products. Secondly, they're tough, and by tough I mean they handle spills, being dragged around, pets, teething, accidents and of course washing them. Now with that being said, they'll last long enough that you'll be buying another one for everyone in the house!

What all can be embroidered?
Custom embroidery is available on all Minky blankets, which does include the batting filled ones. Custom pillowcases and lastly personalized teddies.
Order issues?
Returns
Everything is hand-made to order, so there will be no returns unless there was a mistake on your order. In which case, your order will be corrected at no charge. We send out design proofs that need your approval before your item is made. IF YOU HAVE APPROVED A DESIGN AND YOU HAVE MADE A MISTAKE, IT CANNOT BE CHANGED. Please double check all design proofs before approving.
What about cancelling orders or making changes?
Here at Stork & Minky, we pride ourselves on customer service. Once an order is received, we begin work immediately. The sooner you contact us, the better. There will be a 24 hour grace period after the order is placed, during which changes or cancellations may be made. In those 24 hours, if you need something altered or cancelled, please contact me.
Something is Out of Stock?
For some of our products, I don't have unlimited stock. If something is out of stock, it means that it is currently on back-order and we hope to have it back in stock ASAP. If we discontinue something, it will be removed from the website. So if you see out of stock, don't fret, we will still carry that product!
